I might consider a trip. Google maps says 2 1/2 almost due North straight up 91
When spring rolls around and things get going again I will reach out to you.

To me it would be worth a day trip to come play!

EDIT: If it says 2 1/2 hours chances are it won't take me that long.

I drive over 8hrs to get there. Trust me it’s worth it.
 
Now just so you know, there is Chet’s canyon “off-road races every weekend ”. Carolina rc “dirt oval with 4wd losi style rigs and 2wd Baja”. Wagner park “on-road 1/5”. And millpond “dirt oval 2wd late model, modified, sprint body style” from 20 minutes to a little over 6hrs from me too.
