OK, what is the 30.5 comparable to?

ohh careful, they are not exact clones, fan covers are not all the same, the cy fan cover does not fit on a king motor engine, the alignment pins are off by 1/16"

cy29rc has a 35mm cylinder is 28.9cc, the gp290 has a 36mm and is 28.5cc,
your 30.5 is a cy29rc with a stroker crank 2mm, if i recall i have to double check later today in my kits but i beleive its a 36mm piston

get your self some of the DDM reinforced gasket set so if and when you tear it apart you have some good gaskets to rebuild with, a better plug wire, and reshim the coil make sure its @1mm,the ngk plug gapped @.027,
if you want the intake upgrade make sure its mating surfaces are clean,
one thing i like to is not tighten first the screws and bolts, but untighten then retighten make sure they are not ,frozen on, by over tightening or toooooo much lock tight.
also after running mine on the grass i realized i needed to seal the engines fan/flywheel area it got loaded with grass and leaves,so outer wares and some screening for the underside of the engines fan intake,i use a rb fan filter system.
and get a spare pullstart you never know when you will need it,

Ok so my parts list continues. Looking at the rb fan filter is it good? I figure with that and of course outerware for my filter all is good dirt wise? My area is dusty and grassy. Lots of small rocks..

i like them i use them on my bajas,
if your running the stock km engine you will have to get the dremel out and notch it to fit properly, and run the silicone around it for 100% seal

becaureful in small rocks/gravel make sure your engine is sealed as they are harsh on flywheels and pistons if ingested.

Piston is not a issue. As i know i am going to take care of the air filter first thing. Just worries me how the flywheel is fairly wide open. :(

pull starts will fit just fine on either or engines, only difference sometimes is the starting paw the zen is taller the cy is shorter, just don't inter mix the actual parts with either one, but a complete new or used cy or zen pullstart will fit the 30.5
