I agree with that mate......the legs were the worst for me cos they were more visual....ouch.

I have the vid near the beginning in the karate match where the guy gets kicked in the leg and next step it folds over. was trying to find it in my fight collection (I have hundreds of dvd's), now I can just send bud this link. I folded my left leg over once in hockey. went hard left (I was a goalie) play went back to the right and I launched but foot slid. my ankle was up by my shoulder. couldn't make it upstairs for days, ligaments ripped. yup had to take my leaks in the back yard and sleep on the couch

I see that guy on the scooter go into traffic. dude, look before crossing a street. can't be too bright though riding a scooter in the first place
