Can i presume either your mom and dad were out or the mrs was out cause if i put my car on the best shag pile carpet the Mrs would go mental :nono::nono::nono::nono:

Nice car by the way,i only run 1/6 scale :blush: Soz

Good luck for the first run, hopefully you have it set up right and you have a fail safe fitted just in case you loose your tranny signal :no:

they run zen 23s in stock condition. that is if your racing on a circut. if your not racing, then you can put up to a 30.5 or maybe even larger in it.

1/4 scale is very cool. Here is a video I made last year. The #5 leader & #9 car are both Cat5 cars. The 5 is driven by the producer of the CAT5 cars " Scott ". This kind of racing is very realistic & requires some serious driving talent. Tons of fun though !

i have been wondering about the size differance between 5th and 1/4 scale. what size motors? over all size between 5th and 1/4? price differance? and where to shop around at?

1/5th scale is going to be about 36" long where a 1/4 scale will be around 48" long.

Engine size can be almost anything. Racing classes have rules on size, but other 1/4 scales can have up to 100cc engines.

Price is about the same. Depends on what you want. The NASCAR type cars will cost around 1500$ new where a MT will run around 4000$.

You can look in many places.

And any other search you can think of. This area of R/C has fell off dramatically.
