can anyone tell me where does the extra pieces that came with the xb go.do i really need them ???

They are extra support for the front shock tower. I've installed them, don't know if it really helps though...

Yep. They are for the front shock tower. If you install them you will need to trim the body to fit around them.

If you look close you can see how much the body needs to be trimmed with them on

If I remember correctly, they include them in case you want to convert it to an XT.
