possible ebay scam..

i was looking on uk ebay and i found this..

i might be wrong but it just flagged up on me radar.....

by looking at both ads, its looking like he is making and selling the pipes. but im only guessing as the one has a link to youtube to see the pipes work.

Sorry, but I wouldn't pay more than 99c for that pipe. Looks cheap.

I agree it is suspecious at the Minimum. i would also say Buyer beware, unless your local to the turkey in turkey.

He has the pipe posted in the US version of EBay but it states that its coming from Turkey. He's only charging 20 bucks to ship it from there. Does that sound right? and how long will it take it to get here?

depends on the shipping service he uses. air, slow boat ect. could be 10 days, could take a month, could never get it?
