Quick baja build #100

Larlst month been working on this baja, got a great deal on it of course. Wanted a fairly simple build, but well built. Keeping it smallbore I swear to beat on it. Has a ton of upgrades,

Also added some axis qui release tethers. haven't seen this on a baja yet and I had a spare set.


I'm not digging the baby blue on the basher bars. Should I have them done in black or a dark blue more to match the shocks and stuff

I’d leave it and just rip it as is but It would kill me that they don’t match the shock socks

Nice looking build. I really like it a lot. Agreed with the fact the lighter blue is a tad off from the black cage and dark blue shock socks. But don't let it stop ya from ripping it and having a great time with it!

Looks proper but the 2 blues would bother me. I say change the bash bar to a darker blue when it's time for it to sit on the shelf.

Made some panels for it this morning and installed a team chase front mud guard. I actually copied the mudguard awhile back and sold quite a few. They are awesome for keeping mud out, hopefully these side panels help to.

Chassis is even a bit darker than the bash bars. I'm going to take them off and probably have them done in black, they will match everything that way lol.

Some guy offered me $175 for my cage setup, told him their is $250 in bash/ lightbar setup alone on it. Then offered me $1350 for the roller plus he pays shipping. I added it all up, and it's just over 2k to replicate this roller and it's basically all new. Some people just expect it to be cheap,

That is a nice simple build for you John and I agree the bars would look better in a matching blue.

#2 would be nice if the inside was all boxed off, like before you cut the mudd flaps down. I'd want to show off those shocks and tower!
