Rampage clutch bell nut keeps coming off

Has any one with a redcat have the clutch bell nut loosen and come off, the nut also holds onto the gear.
i didn't over tight it but it was on tight when testing with the gear cover off but when i went to drive it with the cover on the nut fell off but lucky it didn't kill the gears. I might use a spring washer behind the nut and just tighten more maybe it won't fall off again.

Maybe a new nylon nut and some red on there. This way there are two things to hold it. The locktite and the nylon from a new nut.

i don't have new ones but these are still ok I took a closer look and they only have nylon on the outer thread but the rest of the nut it's bare metal so locktite will stick to them they just need a clean and as same with the thread for a good bond.

Loctite will eat the nylon bushing and is a No No for plastic.

If you have threads double lock washer and Red loctite. If it comes loose, sell the RC.

i would prefer new full metal nuts i'll get some soon, the nylon on oem nuts only have a couple of threads of plastic and the majority of remaining threads has no plastic at all so locktite can bond to it, i'll give it ago if the nut flys of it will give me something to cry about.

If it comes loose, sell the RC.

that would be like me selling my baby if i had one.
