Well, 13 years and some odd months later, I finally painted it! Dealt with it sitting on top of my garage refrigerator all this time and falling on heads when it slid forward. Not perfect, but good enough to take out and run. Although, I haven't started up the Baja since last summer for a 2 minute run up and down the street.
