Repainting samba pipe??

Anyone repainted there samba pipes, the black paint on mine is chipped and marked, looks crap, would high temp paint work? Anyone done it?

the best thing to use is barbque paint this takes a massive amout of heat before it flakes off plus at b&q its probaly cheaper than the vht paints ive got 2 v8 headman headers to paint and thats what im using for them
