Rovan Baja servos with LiPos

I was wondering if you can put a 7.4v LiPo in a Rovan baja without killing the servos.

Replace the Rovan throttle servo, had bad luck with mine

Most people end up replacing servos one way or another.
If you want to suffer with stock servos,you can get something like this:

As Striikar said, you're better off buying a BEC.
Personally I would suggest a 10A Castle BEC, they're adjustable and they actually tell you the amp rating they were designed for.
Since it allows you to adjust the output voltage, in future if you buy a higher voltage receiver/servo you can run them at 7.4-8.4V.

If you buy one, you can register with Castle to get a free program module which you use to plug the BEC into your PC and select whatever voltage you need.

You'll need a bec. But I'm not sure if it's worth it for servos that will burn out in a month
