rovan rf5 tuning advice

im having bother well have done from new can't seem to get the car running good this has a walbro WT1191 carb and I think the stock settings are L 1 1/4 AND H 1 1/2 ive tried these but bogs down as soon as I throttle it any advice please

Try opening the high side needle a little , I would go 1/4 turn out and try it.

thanks will try in morn .ive been only trying the low to start with from factory so prob me at fault
