My fellow LSF'ers it's been more than 5 years since we've last upgraded the server this site runs on and is now in need of an upgrade to keep up with the growing demand and to improve the performance of the site as well. I believe I've already picked out a new server build which will include 3 times the current memory and solid state drives which should greatly increase the responsiveness of the site.
The new setup costs break down like so:
$280 Hosting fee /month
$199 Setup fee
$250 Server administrator
Total about $730.
The move/upgrade is going to happen no matter what and will hopefully start very soon. That said, if you would like to send a donation of any amount that would be greatly appreciated.

As a bonus, one year LSF PLUS memberships will be given for free for every $20 a member donates - (current LSF PLUS member's will have their time extended)
