Just got a used DBXL and currently stripping it apart and rebuilding it. It will be used for track use and at the moment it just got standard springs on. So wondering what is a good start with shock oil. Using 45 in my 5T and wondering if that would work in the DBXL?

Just a side note , be sure to locktite any screws you can .
I went out this past weekend with my DBXL and when I got home a lot of loose screws or missing.
Don't forget drive shaft grub screws. I got lucky but others have had bigger issues from them rubbing.

This is why I've stripped it down into bits, striped, lose & damaged parts all check and replaced if necessary , found lost of issues that would have been a pain to deal with trackside as it takes time to strip it all down, even more so if you have stripped bolts.

I've order 30, 35, 40, 45 & 50 oil so will just have to see what works I guess.
