Should flywheel spin freely

I can spin the flywheel by hand (with the spark plug removed) but it seems to bind in a couple of spots. The truck seems to run fine. I'm just wondering if this is normal or maybe something is too tight/loose.

It will naturally have some resistance as the piston changes direction at TDC and BDC
