just curious what shock oil people are using in this truck. me and my brother picked up the tucson for bashing around a bit. not even sure what is in there stock but just feels soft with not much damper. thanks in advance.

also does anyone make any aluminum hop ups for this truck?

From what I have read, most people use 35-45 weight oil in the shocks.

As for aluminum...depending on what you would want to "upgrade," it would be better to stick with plastic as plastic flexes and aluminum bends, and aluminum is heavier and costs more. Again, there are some parts that are better to have in aluminum, but majority of it is better to keep plastic.

7075rc has some very high quality pieces. You can also try ebay and get some bling from the MT PRO truck, which is pretty much all aluminum.

thank you. i was mainly interested in a aluminum steering servo saver kit. id rather keep the stock arms and such since they are much cheaper to replace.

forgot to mention i have the short coarse mad gear tucson, not sure how many parts are interchangeable. thanks again
