During my searches off the net for baja upgrades i saw a set of side rails / bars, from what i remember they sloped out from the front But i cant for the life of me find the site again, has anyone seen these? if so please post the web address. cheers
 
yes cheers guys, exactly what ive been looking for,im might order the jetpro nerf bars but does anyone know how long they will take to deliver im from the uk btw

i do plan on removing the side guard these will take there place in a way. thanks mate know i just need my mums PayPal so i can pay for them :)

the nerf bars are actually for the 5B, you can replace teh stock plastic pieces on your 5t with aluminum pieces though, look here:

i personally don't use nerf bars and i don't think i ever would. i honestly don't see a need for them in bashing applications but if you are racing where you have a chance of another car brodsiding you then i could see a need but since i don't race i don't need them ;)

so will they not fit on the 5t, you do make a good point i bash my cars really hard and thinking about it don't see them lasting and at $79 i don't see myself replacing them lol, im not willing to pay $95 for those side rails sorry buts thats ridiculously over priced thanks for the link tho mate

plus by going nerf bars and removing the side rails you will lose 4 body mount locations on the body making it more apt to sustain damage at the remaining 4 locations

i don't have a t and those side rails look cool (the ones with the engraves skulls for 67.00) but whats the point when they will be hidden by the body anyway
 
I do not know about the US to the UK time frame but I do know from the UK to the US is normally 7 to 10 days. I had two items that took well over a month to get here from the UK.

it will be easier for future ref,to point you in the right direction:rolleyes:

remember items with a value above £18 brought in from america usually

attract the dreaded 20% vat and an £8 handling charge on top of that :mad:

items below £18 can arrive within 4 days here from america,items stopped

to be checked out at customs can take around 3 weeks
