Plug colour is a good indication of tuning.
The rest is quite simply, if it runs well.
With time, I prefer a little on the richer side of 'best'.
There were some pretty ugly looking plugs there as well!!

Or skip it cause 2 strokes are hard to read accurately with out cutting the plug in half.

This chart is for 4 stroke motors. While it's good to understand how to read a plug, this is by no means a defacto resource. 2 stroke plugs will read differently, as there is oil being burned in the cylinder alongside the fuel mixture.
