Ok so in my other post i was having the issues with my steering being slow. Well i got a voltwatch and it says my battery is full. When i turn the car on and turn the wheels the servo growls a little and makes the voltwatch light up 4 of the led's? When the growling stops after around 10 seconds the voltwatch stays at max charge. So am i to assume the servo is bad? And thanks for the help guys!

So it sounds like after i let go of the wheel my servo is stuck on but the wheels don't twitch or move. The sound goes away after around 10 seconds, what would cause this in a brand new car..Ideas? Keep in mind it worked when i charged the battery for the first time.
