This is one of two frames I made. just in case I screw up.

This picture shows the XBe that I have highly modified and is the blue print that this build will be based on. The differance will be the length that is added and the body that will be added as well.

Parts

I will be up grading alot of the parts as well. This is mostly due in part that some of the rampage parts are just plain junk and are installed knowing that after 10 miniutes of running that they got you with a buggy that needs a lot of money to make it worth owning. So I will share what I have learned and also just because it looks cool will be added as well.
here are some of the upgrades.

These are wheel adapters that work and are very well made. stay away from the 7075rc adapters. 7075rc makes great parts but his wheel adapers are not on that list.

This picture shows the front steering mount that holds the front end together. I like the look and also I think that it helps with the mods that I'm making so you will see it added.

Here is anther piece that is alumnium that is added to the build that I think will helpand looks the part as well.

I'll be adding this Losi roll cage as well. I don't have it yet but it is something that is intended and so you will see it at the end of this build.

I like these and it is the only reason they are added. Titanium turn buckels!

This is a picture of the custom motor mount that I did on my first XBE. It is stong and is one of a kind, and soon to be copied so there goes one of a kind!

Here are some axel carreirs that I have. They both seem nice and I will be installing the gold ones on this build. The 7075rc pieces use larger bearings and so if your looking to buy I would buy the larger bearing units as they are stronger and just about the same money.

This is the motor that I wil be installing on this build.

We'll see about that! (touch more power)! The SSS9456 1200kv motor I have in the first build is stupid power and is a 90+ mph buggy. Keeping tires on the rims is a real trick! Fun to watch thats for shure. I run a pair of them in my 56" catamaran as well.

As far as esc's go I haven't found one I like yet. I will be buying the Castle XL next. As for the new HK 200 amp esc is didn't last a battery pack. I think it was a dud before it ever got installed. I bought the Toro program card and it wouldn't program right from the start, so used the manual methed and ran it for about 4 miniutes and it quit working. I sent it back th Hobbyking. I have my doughts as to how soon if ever getting it replaced. As far as the Fliermodel esc's I have wached more go up in smoke testing them on the bench than I have in my buggy. So there out.

This custom center brace is key to having this build strong as well as light weight.
It still needs some filing to get it pretty.
The battery trays are HPI Vorza pieces.

I plan on adding a Losi 5ive cage and a custom graphite body to this build. I would like to say this build is cheep! But that would be a lie! the cage and its parts are well over 200 dollars. body is another 450.00. this is going to be the most expencive build I have done to date!
