Studded Block and head for the 36cc.

Gonna head up to a really good hardware store here in Dallas,Texas U.S. to see if I can find any grade 8 quality all thread along with some narrow tall nutts.

I think it would be really cool to stud the block on one of these little 36cc motors.

Every time I tear the motor apart I just worry that the threads are getting tired.
I try to chase them to clean them up each time but still if they were studded I would not have to worry about the threads in the block ever getting stripped.

Im pretty sure the head to case bolts are M5X0.8

Found some 2 inch long M5X0.8 but it was grade 5 and the nutts were grade 5 as well.

However I did see some tall nutts that would work but they were grade 5 and in M6 size.

Im confident that I can find some grade 10 M5X0.8 that is at least 1 inch long as well as some tall nutts in high grade as well.

Will be so cool to have the block studded.
