I use some olive oil ,verry cheap ,run it on my redcat and baja since 3/4 year.
your kidding right? Olive oil has a viscosity of like 10wt, if your serious, your shocks are running on springs alone....It'll work, but you'll have much better control with real shock oil.

hey guys got a question is it normal for the shocks to be a tiny and i mean a tiny bit wet on the bottom of the shock where it goes to the lower A just installed ramtech 20% with 40wt oil on the piggy backs

Slap a little teflon tape on the threads that the lower cap screws in to. Also make sure that cap isnt a little loose. I had one loosen up on me and dump all the oil out of my shock.

True true OB...2 of my lower caps were loose when I did my pre-run checklist...
