not sure how far it dates back, but i first herd it in the movie "full metal jacket" it refers to the relationship between a soldeir and their rifle. this is by far a little extreme and i guess that why it makes me chuckle..lol..
 
Well damn that was good you could be a motivational speaker.You made me want to get out of bed and go work on my TT.I think Ill take my TT to the movies!
 
That is such a good movie. I bought it for myself last year when I hade my kidney surgery.


It made me laugh which angered my belly and stitched up holes hurt...
