well a 23 is capable of higher revs so technically higher top speed but 90? I was going to try and gear my 2 speed on semi to try and hit 80 . we were going to film with me hanging out the sunroof of a car and chase it down a road but finding a smooth enough road as long as we needed was tough so we scrapped it. and a road the cops won't lose it seeing me doing it ;)
 
well, with 36/28 gearing and semi tires, providing you could hit 20,000rpm it would do 88mph, im guessing at which time it will go back in time. maybe when it comes back it'll bring the guy more 60s drugs to smoke.
 
I could make it do a 100... I am pretty good with motors...

Here's how I would do it.

I would tie it to the back of my S10 and I take it as fast as you want to go, up to 135 anyway!
 
Trip I could make it go so much faster, put it in a box, are you with me so far? ship box somewhere that requires a plane, have it dropped out of said plane to antartica, boom that would be worlds fastest merc
 
when the guy first put it on ebay i asked him if he ment km/mph, he said mph then i asked him gear ratio and he never replied!!!!!!!
