Reading the Rules!
I am thinking about the 29cc CY motor from DDM. Has anyone tried this? They have it in 2 versions, with a stuffed crank and with out. I read the ad, but can anyone tell me the difference. I guess what I mean is, is it worth the extra 20 bucks for the stuffed? http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.885035/n.1/it.A/id.4415/.f
I don't need a ported race motor and I can't use a reed carb because of my Jet-Pro pipe would get in the way. I am just looking for a relatively powerful motor at a decent price. Are the CY motors any good? What about longevity? I could go back to stock, but I am looking for a little more power.
If you read my other thread, this is basically what I was trying to do in the first place and failed, twice. I am done rebuilding and tearing the motor down so I think it is time for a new one. A complete drop in a "turn-key" if you will.
Are there better motors out there for around the same price? Or can someone offer a rebuild service for my stock 26 and throw a big bore kit on it? I just don't have the time to fiddle with it.
I don't know what to do.
Thanks.

hello.
personaly i would avoid the cy29,i got one and much prefer the stock zenoah even than it.they are fine, run fine but i just rather the zenoah,in fact i will give you mine now at a very good deal, its almost new,29cc stuffed stroked crank, billet head with all chrome casings,if you know of anybody looking for a good deal let me know.
i would go and buy the oneills brothers racing ported 27.2cc kit for your zenoah also comes 2mm stroker stuffed crank. a ripper of a kit from what i hear.
i am getting mine now in the post any minute
this kit is a direct bolt on to any zenoah engine, and no need to mess around its a perfect fit with all the stuff it comes with.
and at 149$ i rekon you would have a bargain.
