At the moment, I have a total of (5) 1/5 scale RC’s and we all know that can change in an instant. What is guaranteed is that they will all need tires based on terrain and that means we all have tire sets laying around.

1 set - Qty 2 - FRONT Sand Buster-T Rib Tire (190x60mm/2pcs) for HPI Baja 5T/5SC & Losi 5ive/DBXL On DDM "SPOKE" Aluminum Billet Wheels - Size A - for HPI Baja Front, Losi 5ive / DBXL / VEKTA.5 Front/Rear

On my 1/8 scale tire sets I just used a carriage bolt/nut and works fine but kinda jenky if I am honest. I am a cheap ass but i also don’t mind spending $$ for something already on the market and proven to work. So, I bought one of the DDM Snappy Tire Caddy to try out. I immediately returned it as it barely held 2 wheels.
I did a little research, scratched my head and came up with the below. For $11 in Fleabay parts and 30min of shop time I am going to make a few sets.
