tire tearing?

so ive seen all the little upgrades to do out of the box, but i haven't heard anything on the tires. does that meen they are fine? on my 5b i have to tape the inside of the tire AND foams so they don't tear and/or explode. how are the foams if they get wet? and is tire tearing as common? are the beadlocks sealed better to keep water out?

Most of us have switched to baja tires for the TT.

sorry, was just thinking you were a freak of nature geniuos and could read my mind thru my not so specific post..


i was refering to the mt5 tires. hopefully the mt5 tires last longer then my 5b and pmt's. i get about 2-4 tanks on my 5b and about 3-4 on my on-road rigs. is it recomended that we "tape" the tires or is it not important

THis is what I do. http://www.redcatrampageforum.com/showthread.php?t=546 I run in the snow all winter and this is the only way to keep water out of the foams.
