Touring Kayak and weedeater engine?

This is a 16 foot Preception Avatar touring Kayak. It came factory with a skeg , but no rudder. The end of the Kayak was fitted with this Epoxy-fiberglass-micro ballon boot. The smartrack rudder is state of the art- shaped like a airplane wing. I am 53 march 10 and can still paddle faster than most folks can run. BUT I recover way slower than a young whipper-snapper does. A body hang-over! Anyway- the other evening while kicked back in the Lazy-boy, I started looking at the XB- the rudder mount-the unused weedwacker and thought about the 1/5thscale boat people----- Kayak purests scoff at rudders-they say- its all in the way you paddle- Yea- right, tell me after you paddle crosswind all day- you feel like pukeing but its paddle or lose it in windwhipped waves! A little 23-26 pull out engine with a quiet exhaust and a 3 ear prop from a 1/5 scale boat- rig up the weed wacker shaft??? This Avatar would rip - but my stomach-back muscles would not with this idea! Yea- I stay in the basement, thats where the mans junk is- tools-r-c stull- radios- hell- i have not slept upstairs in about 9 months- I should rent it up there and further my hobbies!! if i could keep spank dog off the bed at 3am things would be hunky-dory!
