Two speed clone will not move

Desperate for help guys !!!..have tried to fix this for a year now, it has nothing to do with the clutch or the internal transmission used to be when you push the buggy by hand ,first gear and the clutch shell would turn ..it no longer does ,but the input shaft to the transmission Does ,as it should.. surely someone else has encountered this problem or know someone who has any help is much appreciated ready to get back on the track thanks guys

I would have to see everything in person and figure out how all of it functions in order to give a accurate assessment.

Might try looking at a breakdown diagram if you can find one.
