i have a new voltwatch connected to my 3rd channel on the receiver

i charged the 6volt 5 cell receiver battery at 3amp and was showing

2800mah /8volts .........

now when i switch on the receiver pack the voltwatch is only showing

in the red caution with 1 green light and 1 red light

any ideas guys:)

K....

I would check whats comming out too. If its the full volts the voltwatch is broken. Have you been running the voltwatch on 4.8v instead of 6? 8 volts seems to be alot for a 6 volt battery?

i will check the voltage out......and it has only been switched on 6 volts

as for the 8volts thats what my readout showed after charging

ya use a standard multimeter to check voltage of the pack by its self. then again after the Volt watch piece. they should read the same as its only a voltage meter, not a limiter. if it doesn't, the VW is probably bunk.

i believe the Futs pass 6v thru, not sure if it will allow more than 6v to pass thru though.
