Walbro WT-990 carb

Has anyone tried Walbro WT-990 carb on KM Baja 26cc engine? Will I get more power from it?

heard they used them on 29 and the 30.5cc engines at least with good results

Yes its a good carb I use one but it does not have a choke lever on it so keep that in mind.

So how do you choke it then? Curious because I am considering doing this upgrade.

It will just take a couple more pulls then if you had a carb that you could choke then crank.

yes takes care of the bog you may get from coming from wide open to slow down and hit the gas hard again

ive just put a 990 on a obr engine,seems more responsive to me? you can choke it by taking airfilter off and plugging it with your thumb.The 813 has the accelarator pump,the 990 doesn't.

It works very well on all zenoah/cy engine combos.
Very good carb easy to tune, very good and fast throttle response..
