What’s the verdict about using heat shrink tubing for shock socks?

Anyone try using heat shrink as shock cover?.....was curious ? and if so what’s your opinion? Does it work well?
Did you not like it for some other reason?

What they said ^^^^^ would make the shock stiff and hinder travel. Why not just get sum fabric and sew ur own? Cheap as chips and should work good ?
