What the heck is this brand?

it's probably also made by Himoto racing, but hasn't gone through the final testing and parts refinement that Redcat does. Also Redcat is not overseas.
 
my understanding is that they are all made by Hispeedmodel

Called Redcat Rampage in North America, Ninco Maxim in Europe, Maverick Vader in UK and who knows what else
