What's boil should I use for the shocks in my HPI Baja 5T

I am new to 5th scale and my front shocks are very bouncy the guy I bought it from said they need to be rebuilt or what not just curious what kind of oil I should use

I run 45wt all round on my 5bss on stock springs and its sweet imo (y)(y)....remember if u were running the stock hpi shox u will need to fit new seals as hpi oil is petrolum based..?..normal shox is not?....
Anything between 40-50wt will b fine imo...?

Well I have some AE brand 100% silicone formula 35.. I just put some of that in the front and it David the same spring and stance as the rear but I went ahead and ordered some 40wt.. thanks for the help
 
That orange collar on top of the spring ,back that off about half way . That will change how the front end reacts too.
I am new to 5th scale not new to RC LOL these had no oil in them I already got it straightened out now but thanks anyways
