Can anyone tell me why it seems all my wheels wobble, especially the front when on flat surface at high speed? Showing some friends a few short bursts down the street, I had to hit the brakes, and slow down, it looked so goofy bouncing everywhere. Dirt and grass you don't notice it.

It could just be a flat spot on your foams, or water inside them. Try storing the car with the wheels off the ground for a few days and see if the bouncing goes away.

Did my first run :) ! I have some nice things to say.

Every thing works. The brakes are the best I have ever

had on any RC truck. The wheels wobble

bad really bad. I looked over every thing it looks OK. I really don't

think I can fix this. The bearings were geting hot.

I don't think they will last every long. Two tanks.

Any ideas? I got about half speed.

You were correct the Bearings are SHOT. :(

Balls every were!!! :D

I looked I have about 1/2 a tank thur it and there all shot.

8 bearings total!!!

1 tank off the ground for brake in. The 1/2 tank driving slow.

Got a little speed wobble. I think the bearings are to small.

Also I think they were bound up from the factory. The car

did seam to roll fine!.

I bought mine from VXB. Chromoly are the strongest, stainless have a higher rpm rating. Bearings are 6800zz for stainless. 6800 is the bearing classification. Good luck. I bought enough to replace all the bearings on the XBE since they are all the same size. There are 16 total. Good luck.

Thanks

Lets try a pick

ONE SHOT BEARING!!! Run time 1/2 tank!!

I think Chromoly is the bearing. The shields ane Stainless steel.

The number is the size or part number

ABEC-1,3,5 would be the class or grade of Bearing.

The zz is I think is Double Shielded Stainless steel shields.

I haven't ordered bearings like this in a long time.

No problem, between you and Rob ya'll are the only ones crazy enough to make upgrades that help(plus ya'll are fellow Rampers:D) so anytime I can help I will.

It looks like I can add a 3th bearing to the rear hub carrier bearing mount

6700 Ball Bearing 10x15x3.

I think that will help with the thrust loading.

Just an idea.

+1 on that. Spend the money on that upgrade and you'll never have to jack with that area of the car again.
I Agree. When I get the spare cash I am going to purchase the Front and Rears for mine for I had the same issue. In the mean time I purchased sealed bearings and haven't had the issue since.
