which steering servo are you using ?

what a day, i connected the 2.4 receiver to my stock servo on my ramp . and did not change p-mode from HSR to PPM. my stock steering servo was on fire and the throttle servo was dead too.


I want to know if this steering servo is powerful enough for steering ?http://www.gpdealera.com/cgi-bin/wgainf100p.pgm?I=FUTM0255


this servo only got :


Torque: 211 oz-in (15.2 kg/cm) @ 4.8V


264 oz-in (19.0 kg/cm) @ 6.0V

That servo is a little slow too at .20 sec. The Hitec 5745 is .15 sec and the Digi 4 is .14 sec.

for an extra $15 get the rhino digi4 from DDM, best 1/4 scale servo for steering, way more torque and speed than the S5050. take no notice of the torque specs on tower the digi4 has 383ozin initial @6v

does the stock steering servo horn fit rhino digi4 ?
