Hey guys why is there so many Hpi trucks for sale? I've been on many websites, and also on eBay, and I have seen a lot of Hpi bajas for sale a lot of them are barely used. Compared to the king motors brand I havnt seen one, if any for sale was just curious why this was?

I'd say its because of the Losi coming out.I have noticed it too.

the prices that they are asking some times is insane, a used 5b or 5t and they want $100 less then new, all the hop ups and upgrades still don't change the fact that its used

I totally agree with you chitown Ive seen some even asking $2,000.00 due to the installed hop ops. It doesn't make any sense I can purchase a Brand new in the box Hpi 5t from a hobby shop for 1,200.00 I think I might just go with a King motors, t1000, when they come down in price.

i like my 2 that i got, and gonna get a couple more t1000 and t2000 later this spring, and i ordered alot of the spare parts direct from china, coil packs $30 here but $5 in china or the chrome kits $13, here $50-80, but my main chassis parts i changed them over to integy and rpm parts, so after its all said and done you wont be able to tell if it was a hpi or km,because its neither, but depending on your budget the ksrc001 is the cheapest one around $450 on ebay, but the ksrc002 is around $599 2 speed $725 ,then the ksrc 2.0 basic alloy upgrades $800 and the ksrc 3.0 $830 the 2 speed version is around $900, so they basicly has a baja for any budget, and thats what i like about the king motor baja's,anyone with $450 can get one and go from there with what ever upgrades they want, and i see people buying used savage trucks and ofna buggy's for same price or more,

832 is what i paid for mine off Dan, im sure tho as newer versions are released the original T1000's might come down a lil more, mine was the 29cc 2 speed version, i think the single speed ones are a lil less, maybe?
