You can use a key board stand, have a look in Argos or on the bay, I think Maplins do one for £20 then just fit some foam pipe covers on the top.

I use the bottom of a old office chair, just remove the seat and back rest and modify the base its cool because you can still use the hydraulics to raise it up or down

well you could go with this one from DDM:

however my LSB special which is basically the same thing with a few exceptions like mine has wheels on it, and no little baja rack type of a thing and mine cost 75.00 as opposed to teh 149.00 of the TNT one on ddm. if i were to take off the wheels on mine add the rubber feet things and add teh baja cradle mine would come out to to have cost about the same as the TNT stand however, i am looking at using mine as is for now and getting an idea of what exactly i want as fr as teh baja holding area ;). i will try and get pics later but it is basically the same as the tnt stand with a few differences

I do not have a MCD but hope to one day. I use a Ridged work stand I got from Home Depot for about $30. I made it where it turns 360 degrees and put some real sticky rubber on top. Folds up and the height is adjustable. I like it as it does not take up room on my work bench or my table in the pits.
