I have been looking close at what could be done with the XRC shocks.
After measuring I see the shock shafts from a 5B baja front has to be RTR version will fit in the rear.
I found a rear 1/8 scale titanium shaft that should work in front got them coming from my local hobby shop I will post how it works out and which ones I use once I get them and try it.
This will upgrade the piston and the shaft also. You will retain your body front and rear but the stock shafts are crap at best.
I am working on finding a upgrade for the bushing that goes between the two o-rings.
This will also enable more travel of shock. A rubber bump stop may be need on rear to keep the travel down from binding the arms.
WARNING this is not a tear down, assemble and go method. Measuring and fitting of another piston is necessary so if you don't have the means to do it then damage to your shocks could occur.
