Thought I'd let people know Zen Fan Cases have a different hole spacing on the bottom then CY/HY cases, just enough that they can't be used without elongating the holes in the chassis. These holes are used as part of the engine mount on the Dune Runner, and MT/TT chassis (I think they're the same engine mount wise). To install an OBR Zen in the Dune Runner I used the stock HY fan case.


I was ordering one of the Zen Fan Cases with a fancy paint job just before I discovered this, but it came up out of stock. Good thing.

You are correct sir. When installing a Zen into a Redcat if you swap the fan cover and clutch case it become a direct bolt in.
