Well after having a radio fail and a kill switch not doing what’s it’s supposed to do. initially at first glance it didn’t look so bad,
just an arm and front bulkhead, not the case though.
So chassis was toasted, even the engine plate bent. It’s hard to see in the pics but trust me it’s toaste.
So, in with the longer MCD chassis.
Let’s get it on the stand and start the rebuild.
The center diff supports are still from the D5, because was not available at the time, I’ll be installing it next time I tear into the buggy
Time to get into the stock diffs.
Time for a cleaning, inspection and rebuild
