King Motor EVO vs HPI Flux

Looking to get into the world of Baja 5B brushless. From what I have read, the HPI, rovan and king motor buggies are pretty interchangeable and that in all cases, I'll be doing upgrades regardless.

So my question is should I start with the King Motor EVO roller ($600) or the HPI Baja 5B Flux ($700)?

Certain hpi parts like plastics and the internal gear sets are alot stronger. Definitely would go hpi with the minimal coat difference

I will cast a vote for the HPI. I recently purchased the gas version HPI Baja 5B SBK and I love it.

I put the HPI Flux SBK together last year when they came out. I also have the KM roller but the gas version. The HPI is a way better car.
