Cheers , this is bigger because it is a locker , but I think I want at least a mill clearance, going to skim 1mm out on the lathe I think.
So I bought a 30 Degree North Buggy (Roller)

Got the SCZ engine fitted into the chassis now along with VRC nautilus pipe and slimmer easy starter .
Could not fit the engine in with FID starter. had to ditch the 30 DNB V2 filter too.
Lost the engine cover due to clearance issues , but no great loss there . Made up servo mountings for 70KG brake servo and direct throttle servo, just finalising the linkages .Changed the Area snapper clutch out for a SCZ adjustable 3 shoe clutch.
Tried my old body on the chassis , fits well apart from needing a cut out for the exhaust tail pipe , when perfect I will mark up my good body and trim it up.
Think I have gone about as far as I can with the mods on the buggy.
