Here is my collection now. 2 Elcon Cleon's with air brakes and a Contrast Fuego with hydros.

How are you finding the air brakes regarding reliability?

Thanks! The Air brakes work very well. Easy to clean and adjust and stop great!! Priced right considering they also come with their own uprights.

Nice collection, those elcons are sharp looking cars, how are they holding up? Where do you have to go to get parts for them?

Elcons are holding up well. Haven't really had to replace much at all. When I do need anyhing I use Krikke Racing, Hobbythek and Elcon direct. All great to deal with. My 2nd Cleon came with lots of parts I may build a 3rd one.

Thanks, Haven't tried the Contrast just yet so I can't compare. It was Ian Oddie's Fuego.

The new Elcon MMX is really nice!!!

They float through the air.

I've had FG's, Lauterbachers, and a HPI Baja and the Elcon is the best build and buggy I've had hands down. Not pricey when there's nothing to upgrade on it.

Being ex oddie it should be set up pretty well. Just wondered if the Fuego was as good as the MMX.:lol:

If I was buying new I'd go for the MMX. Major inprovements and easier to work on.

Interesting, saw some of your videos on You Tube this evening, those MMX's run real well. Get some video of that Fuego posted up.
