don't know enough about HPI to comment too much but does seem a little on the expensive side.

I'd say very expensive, many parts on it are Intergy which are the cheaper of the metal parts available, also would expect it to come with disk brakes for that money. It has a few nice options like the Modified rc tank but this is not very practical for bashing.... not that you would want to bash something like this. Also Boost bottles are a bag of sh1te, had them on my old SS and ended up getting rid due to rough running issues. The air filter may look good but is only any good for road use.

In my view making a car look like this is only good for one thing.... sitting on a shelf. I'm all for hopping things up but it has to remain practical!
 
i like it its that cool hes had to put bits of it in his fridge mental but i couldnt use it so in the real world its just for looking at and thats a waste of money all my upgrades are for go and not for show shame unless hes got a cotton wool track its a shelfer

agree looks more like a shelf queen, still nice build though.

u would prolly need front discs when you put that thing on the scales.
