stainless tie rods.

after a small coming together with paul,b last week at deeside i managed to snap one front tie rod and bend the other, these things are weak to say the least, and a tenner for two is not cheap hyperpete sugested i could make a better set out of stainless steel 6mm threaded rod, so off i went today to a local tool shop the stainless rod cost £1.95 for a meter long lenth this will make about 6 sets, covered them in black shrink wrap to stick with my all black look,

Mate thats one sweet mod. They look ace and should be well stronger too. Think I will prob be "borrowing" some M6 stud bar from work soon !!
The black shrink wrap is a nice finishin touch

yea mate they work well i had a little blast up and down the street today i made the slightly longer so i could have a bit more toe,in i,am allso making a rotating disc with spikes on and car flipper for the front lol:lol::lol::lol:
