i can get the same cy 26cc complete from abottsRC for 160 brand new, so for a recon of the same engine i would presume around 80 complete?

the engine i have here is probably fine but because im such a newb im probably missing something. it was fine until i did the gasket so i either put something bk wrong (which im pretty sure i didnt) or damaged the ring reinstalling the head! i jus cant waste no more money to find out it still isnt working and i cant get any local mechanics to look at it. so if you would to do a part ex then we could arrange something!!

Thanks to MINI for the link above but unfortunately he is no longer in prestwich .... really appreciate u read this thread and tried to help :)

yea been on the phone to him..he is in warrington now. because i don't have a car right now it is hard to get the baja to him during working hours.
cant beleive theres no1 around the city centre that repairs them lol
