Fibre Glass Shells

What happened to the guy selling the fibre glass body shells on ebay for under £30? There were loads a few months ago and now nothing. I wanted to get a beetle shell for the marder. Think Ben bought his Leo shell from this guy last Crimbo - any ideas mate??

Just looked at the link and it says the ebay shop does not exist so maybe they have packed it in (or won the lottery :w00t. I thought it was unusual them not selling near crimbo. Ah well I will have to try to find an alternative. What was the guy on here called who makes similar shells but is based in Holland or somewhere?

How do you rate them for bashing?

they're good mate but the side mounts need modin as they're britle, and don't cut to much of the windows out like i did :lol:

yeah mate his shells are better and come gell coated but i got quoted over £100 + delivery so i wouldnt like to go bashin with with over a £100 worth of lid on it

Fookin el you can get an FG shell for that. Think I will have to wait until somebody else starts making them.

Cheers J. They look awesome but he is based in Italy so probably work out similar price to sickboys from Holland. The 1s on ebay when Ben bought his Leo shell were only £30 tops so ideal bashing shells.

sickboy's bodies are top notch. he has carbon cloth and crap in them. the vw I got has been through a few hands and each person has crashed it one way or another and it's still in one piece.

Its good to hear they are top quality. I will have to consult my financial advisor (the wife ) before I commit to 1 of his tho
