running problem.

just replaced my worn out cy26, for a zenoah g230 fitted a new carb, coil and flywheel, and a dom pipe. started 2nd pull and ran ok for about 10 seconds the started a high idle, checked for air leaks and there is none? i had this problem with the cy26 allso now i,am thinking is it somthing to do with the fuel tank? the vent hole isn,t blocked and the clunk is clear allso.

have you checked your fuel lines for a pin hole?

may give you your air leak if you can't find one around the engine itself...

yea thats my next step, maybe a new tank and lines could be on the cards.

I've a spare tank you can borrow mate, i'll bring it down to Deeside tomorrow.
