I uncovered a problem last night on my KM when I removed the roll cage for the new radio install. I seemingly twisted off the two front screws that hold the cage on. It's my fault really because I replaced the screws recently with 8-32 thread stainless screws and used a little loctite on the screws. I'm a gun nut too so I didn't use red loctite, I instead used blue...the removeable kind. The rear screws came out easy the front just twisted off lilke nothing. One is sheared off flush and the other has a little stub that may be gripped and removed by a vise grip with the aid of a propane torch. The other will require careful drilling and an Easy Out with heat as well. Once removed I will re-tap the holes exactly 8-32 and eliminate the problem.:cursing:
